와 / 과 · 하고 · And / With
Joins two nouns ('and') or marks a companion ('with').
After a final consonant → 과. After a vowel → 와. (Opposite of 은/는!)
빵 + 과 → 빵과 우유. 사과 + 와 → 사과와 배.
하고 works after any sound and is common in speech: 친구하고 (with a friend). (이)랑 is casual: 엄마랑.
